1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on xe88, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute the entire agreement between xe88 and you as a user of the platform.

These terms apply to all interactions with xe88, including browsing the website, creating and managing an account, making deposits and withdrawals, claiming bonuses and promotions, and participating in any games, sports betting events, or other wagering activities offered on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use xe88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. xe88 strictly enforces these criteria to ensure a safe environment for all players. You must:

• Be a natural person and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

xe88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on xe88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If xe88 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any accumulated winnings may be voided.

Account Verification (KYC)

xe88 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to confirm the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).

Account Password & Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xe88 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xe88 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for any such activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

xe88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Please note the following conditions:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• xe88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳20,000.

xe88 does not charge any platform fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside xe88's control. All players are advised to check with their respective payment provider for applicable charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

xe88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal festival promotions such as Pohela Boishakh and Eid special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use only and may not be claimed by players using automated tools, bots, or unfair advantage methods.
• Each promotion has a defined start and end date. xe88 is not liable for any technical issues that may prevent a player from claiming a bonus within the stated promotional window.
• xe88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited, the terms in place at the time of crediting will apply.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly without meeting the wagering requirement, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the individual promotion's specific terms. Players attempting to abuse the bonus system will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xe88 platform. Any player found to be engaging in any prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited. xe88 reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Allowing minors under 21 years of age to access or use your xe88 account.
• Registering more than one account on xe88, whether under your own name or under false identities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising from your use of xe88 that cannot be resolved through direct contact with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration. xe88 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.
